Well we got it done! You never gave up. As you know’ I am not a spring chicken and it’s been years since I purchased or sold a home. You were always willing to answer my questions and explain the process. I am sure at times you had to have wondered when would this lady quit calling but I never felt that way. When we found out that the garage door fix was not possible and you paid $400 out of your own pocket to make the buyer happy and that spoke volumes to me as to the kind of person you are. I am sure other would have expected me to pay for that. It was no one’s fault but you stepped up and handled it at a time when I was feeling like I had done enough to please the buyers. Thanks for everything and for being patient with me throughout.

Dear Alan,

We could not have picked a better Real Estate agent. As you know our decision to sell our home in Faircloud was not an easy one. Living down in Texas and knowing you were there to check on our home was huge. I know the Koi Pond was a pain in the rear and your willingness to go over to the house every few days and check on the water level was more than anyone could ask. Thank God you talked us into the home warranty program. If not we would have been out $5000 or more for the new HVAC unit. You returned our calls promptly and were more than patient with all our needs. I know we were a bit aggressive on the price we wanted but in the end we were happy with the price we got. Yes I will say it now. ....you were right on the money with what you thought we would sell it for.

To anyone thinking about using Alan, all I can say is he someone you can trust. He follows through on all his commitments and his Christian approach to how he deals with challenges will serve you well. He did a great job in negotiating the best price for our home.
